  • Spotlight on Flabébé
Flabebe is a pretty iconic monster in a couple of ways. First off, and probably the most obvious, is that it comes in a range of forms. Each differs in only one way and that’s the color of its flower. The second is that it is likely the first Fairy Type most of us encountered. Remember, up till it’s introduction, there were no Fairy Types from Kanto to Unova! Clefairy? Normal Type. Gardevoir? Pure Psychic. Audino? Still Normal to this day and that just feels wrong. (Yeah, yeah… we got the Mega. But if base stage Audino isn’t fairy looking enough to be re-typed I have no idea how Mr. Mime made the cut.)

We’ve actually done a Spotlight for this petite petal before! You can find it Here So for a deeper dive into what makes this Pokemon tick, check out that article! The only addendum to be made is this; The Community Day charged attack option of Chilled Water is also available if you evolve your Flabébé or Floette into Florges before September 21, 2025.

If you live in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, you have the chance to collect the Red version of Flabébé. People in the Asia-Pacific, you’ll have the chance to catch Blue Flabébé, and those in the Americas can capture the Yellow Flabébé. All players have a slight chance to catch White or Orange variants. All of the variants are available in shiny!

Shiny Flabébé is incredibly easy to notice, as it’s stems goes from green to a darker blue color.

Thanks for checking in, Trainers! As always, I wish you the absolute best of luck out there! Stay hydrated, be kind, have fun and GO!
